Three Levels of Evaluation – Tailored to Project Needs

We offer three tiers of retrofit evaluation, designed to escalate based on findings:

• Basic Evaluation
  Conducted within three months of project completion, this includes a measure-specific questionnaire for occupants. It helps us confirm whether the intended benefits—such as energy savings and comfort—have been achieved, and flags any early concerns.

• Intermediate Evaluation
  If significant gaps are identified between expected and actual performance, a more detailed investigation is carried out. This may include further site visits and diagnostic tests.

• Advanced Evaluation
  For more complex or unresolved issues, our advanced evaluation digs deeper to fully understand performance failures and guide effective remediation.

Depending on the evaluation level, we may incorporate advanced diagnostics such as:

• Air tightness testing

• Fuel use metering

• Thermographic imaging

Once the evaluation is complete, our team prepares a clear, actionable report with findings and recommendations. This is shared with all stakeholders—ensuring transparency and a unified path forward for any necessary remedial work.
